Our CCOMM Advance Exchange Program (for our established customers) enables you to receive a working replacement unit prior to returning the defective unit.
If your drive-thru equipment quits working, we’ll ship replacement equipment to you.
You don’t have to ship the broken equipment to us in advance.
Once you get your replacement equipment, just send back your broken drive-thru equipment in the same box to us.
