Returns Policy

Returns / Exchanges:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, unused and in original packing materials.  Items will be inspected on arrival and are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee along with shipping charges that will be deducted from your refund.  Once the items are inspected we'll submit the refund to your original payment method by the end of next business day.

Exchanges are permitted without restocking fee charge so long as the original item ordered is received in all packing materials and unused and the value of the replacement item is in the same range as the returned item.

Returns of any kind will be refused if not accompanied by an RMA generated by C Comm, Inc.  Please Call, email, or chat in order to receive your RMA.

Products damaged in shipping must be reported & documented immediately.  Note the damage with the delivery driver if possible, document any damages with a photo, and then contact us immediately.
